My Kinky Curly Yaki Moment!

Hey Fly Friends! Summer is here and self-care routines are in full effect! It’s not always easy to take time out for yourself, especially with all the fun events, barbecues and activities you want to get in before the season is over — trust me, I know! Seems like protective styles are the go-to solution to have fun in the Summer while still making your self-care a priority.

Although at times, when trading my curls for the convenience of protective styles, it doesn’t always leave me feeling like myself. Instead the “Afro Kinky Curly” clip-ins by Kinky Curly Yaki are PERFECT and have made my Summer look flawless — not to mention I love that the clip-ins are enhancing what’s already there!

I remember before I transitioned, I would swear by my silky, straight clip-ins for when I wanted to switch up my look and much wanted length to my hair. I gave up on the idea when I went natural, thinking I’d never be able to find a good, let-alone perfect match to my curls! Would you have ever guessed I was wearing clip-ins?

They blend so well with curls, I even fooled bae during our spontaneous stroll through the park 😉  So, I’m encouraging you to take your walks, smell your lavender, rock your clip-ins! You can even save some coins using my code COCOANDCLICK on orders over $150. Summer is that one season that everyone wants to enjoy themselves just a bit more than usual but, don’t forget to take care of yourselves too!

I’m so curious to know who else has tried curly clip-ins before? Leave a comment below and let me know all about your experience! This is #MYKCYMoment with Kinky Curly Yaki.
