As you all know, #ThriftyThursday is in full effect — OWWW!! When I stopped by my local shop, I completely fell in love with this little vintage short set. In words of Rachel Zoe, “I die!” Before I even could try it on, it was already in my cart with visions of “the tweak,” not to be confused with “the twerk,” Hehe I’m totally into vintage renewal right now … just trying to step up my sewing skills game! Watch me work.
Once I set my mind to making these shorts a little spicier, I already knew where they would make their grand entrance! My partner in spontaneous adventures is taking on the ultimate adventure this Summer and working in Malaysia! So proud of her, couldn’t be happier so the we threw her a bittersweet “Summer Send Off” brunch in the Lower East Side in NYC… and just like that, the vintage was renewed again! 
Paired with a lace crop top & nude pumps on the perfect summer day .. ya girl was ready to fun!
